Police reported that his 1998 Honda Accord was parked
crooked in front of a fire hydrant, when they decided to investigate. As police
approached the car they reported a strong odor of cannabis and then placed him
under arrest.
Smith, who had relatively stayed out of the spotlight after
the show's end, was sentenced to 6 month drug diversion program for the
marijuana offense as well as a 12 hour program for the DUI conviction. As with
all DUI convictions, he was also sentenced to 3 years of informal probation.

in Colorado & Washington. Contact a local attorney to know your rights
